Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited.

Custom Products

All custom-made items are non-refundable unless:

• The product is defective
• There is a printing error caused by us

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide photos as proof

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes are not possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
